Greetings Coaches, and thank you for choosing to participate in our Lets Do Basketball "Spring Slamfest”. We are very excited to host your team and our hope is that each player, parent and organization has a wonderful experience during our tournament.
We ask that all teams arrive 30 minutes early to the gym, please factor in parking.
We ask that all parents adhere to social distancing both inside and outside of the gym. We ask that anyone that is feeling ill, please not attend. Face coverings will be required for all spectators and participants. Temperature checks will be conducted prior to entering the facilities. Any spectator without a face mask or with a fever will not be permitted entry.
All tickets will be sold in advance ONLINE ONLY through Simpletix.com ticketing system. There will be no cash transactions at the tournament. You must buy your spectator tickets online and show your barcode at entry to get your tournament band.
Adults $10/Daily, Kids Ages 6-12 are $5/Daily *plus online transaction fee. Ages 5 and under are free.

Sanitizing Requirements
We also ask that participants sanitize their hands at the scores table before checking into game play. At the conclusion of games their will be no post game handshakes. Each team will be responsible for discarding of all trash under benches.

Coaches and Parents: To receive automatic updates on results and scheduling for your team please follow these instructions.
• Follow your Team, become a fan, Text your TEAM-ID (found on schedule) to 234-542-6343
• DO NOT call for seeding or scores; both are viewable via mobile web
• Check schedule DAILY for changes up until Friday evening.
NOTE
• 2 coaches per team roster if you are not on official roster you will not be allowed to coach or sit on bench. Head Coach will receive assistant’s bands.
