Early Bird Discount: $25.00 off Team registration fee if the team registers no later than 6/30/2021 (Expires at 11:55pm).

**Please allow minimum 30 minutes to check in your teams (Time is based on the amount of teams your checking in)

July 23rd at 5:00pm – 9:00pm (1st games will jump off at 5:30pm Friday, July 23rd)
July 24th at 7:30am - 5:00pm (Coaches check in closes for the weekend at 5pm July 24th - No exceptions)
1. Printed copy of official roster
2. Report card for each player
3. Birth Certificate for each player
4. Waivers (All Coaches must fill out/sign)
5. The 2 Coaches listed on the roster will receive their passes at check-in and must be present to sign for their pass (Max of 2 Coaches per team. Please be ready to show ID at check-in - No exceptions)

All Coaches must turn in a waiver (Coaches can turn in at check in) (Form will be emailed Wednesday night to all the Coaches or you may get the form off the "EVENT RULES" page).
The schedule will be posted on Scorbot.com on LATE Wednesday night.
This is not a stay to play event, but we have listed hotel information on the "HOTEL PAGE".
Fan admission fees:
Adults Daily Pass: $10 each day
Children (5 & Up) Daily Pass $10 each day
No tournament weekend pass
Kids 4 & Under are free
