Processing fees
A small Scorbot platform fee per sale, with a per-item minimum, plus payment processing by Stripe (2.9% + 30¢) or PayPal (3.49% + 49¢) per transaction. Card payments taken in person on a Stripe reader process at 2.7% + 5¢ instead.

Add the fee to the buyer's total at checkout, or absorb it from your payout — configurable per product, per event.
Cash sales are free
Cash taken at the point of sale carries no Scorbot fee and no processing fee. Card payments at a reader are priced as above.
Disputes and settlement holds
If a customer disputes a payment, the card network withdraws that amount plus a $15 dispute fee from your balance right away. While a dispute is open we may hold back that amount from your payouts until it is resolved. We may also hold back settlement on a newly connected account until its first event has taken place. In either case you keep taking payments as normal, anything above the held amount is paid out to you as it becomes available, and held funds stay in your account and are released to you when the hold lifts.

Unlimited drafts and edits — build, version, and rework schedules free before publishing.
Micro events publish free — only pool and bracket matches count toward the fee.
Never pay twice — republishing a schedule only bills newly added matches.
